The Beginning

Glass Nickel Pizza opened its doors with a single wood-fired oven and a dream to bring authentic Italian pizza to our community. Our first location started with just 8 tables and a passionate team of 5.

2017

Growing Recognition

Awarded "Best New Restaurant" by the local food critics and featured in regional dining magazines. Our signature Margherita pizza became a local favorite, leading to expanded seating and extended hours.

2019

Expansion & Innovation

Opened our second location and introduced our craft beer selection, partnering with local breweries. Launched our signature dough recipe that takes 48 hours to properly ferment for optimal flavor and texture.

Adapted to serve our community during challenging times with contactless delivery and takeout options. Launched our "Pizza for Heroes" program, providing free meals to healthcare workers and first responders.
